Mall Security Report

Complied by: Biff McTuff

11:23 am – One of  the Mall Santa’s elves saw the Yeti stealing Santa’s suit out of the Elf Shoppe.

11:23 am – Mall Security are alerted to the situation and are on the lookout for the Yeti who was last seen headed South through the mall (as per the Santa elf).

11:24 am – Mall Security clock the Yeti at the water fountain. Yell for yeti to stay where he is and drop the Santa suit. Yeti escapes towards the escalators and takes them up a level.  Pursuit ensues, however, they seem to lose him.

11:27 am – Employee at Indigo Books complains of a suspicious looking person in a yeti suit that seems to be hiding amongst the bookshelves.

11:28 am – Mall Security arrive at Indigo only to have the Yeti break through a staff-only door and escape through the back corridor of the mall stores. Foot chase ensues.

11:29 am – Mall Security continue the chase of the Yeti into LuluLemon through the back corridor and are advised by store staff that no Yeti has gone through the front of the store.

11:34 am – A LuluLemon staff member finds the Yeti suit discarded in one of the customer change rooms. Sadly, people weren’t being carefully watched going out of the store, so there is no knowing who was wearing the Yeti costume.

So many victims…and many more to come!

Sheriff Frost, you can never catch me, I won’t be outdone.

I even know all your suspects, their names, where they live, I can tell them all to you.

Who am I, you ask. That I won’t answer, but for someone who it’s not, I will print you a clue.

Come now Sheriff, connect the dots in order, address the situation, and a conclusion you will draw.

While this will allow you to track who is innocent…I am above the law!

#1 – There was a strange audio machine playing bird calls from inside this busted up feeder.  The audio track sounded very similar to this:

Show

#2 – There was a trio of birds huddled around this feeder gobbling up the birdseed that was strewn about.  I managed to take this photo of them.

Show

#3 – Sadly the birds flew away from the seed around this bird feeder before I could take a picture.  They were black and white birds, and I think I saw a little patch of red too on their head.  Anyways, the sound they made was like this:

Show

#4 – On the inside of the bird feeder there was this illustration.  I am guessing it is the type of bird that visits this feeder.

Show

#5 – I picked up some birdseed from next to this feeder and a bird flew right into my hand almost 2 seconds later.  I managed to even get a photo of it!  It made me all warm and fuzzy….I can see why Tai Dings likes these feeders so much!!!

Show

#6 – This busted bird feeder was another one of those high tech feeders that played an audio recording.  This was the track playing:

Show

#7 – This large bird feeder didn’t have any distinct identification marks about it.  Tai Dings did provide me with this picture though, saying these birds most frequented the feeder and left holes in his neighbour’s trees.

Show

#8 – There was a smattering of birds next to this feeder eating the loose seed as well.  They were making some noise as well.

Show

#9 – The lone un-smashed bird feeder, I am guessing it wasn’t easily breakable.  There was a bird pecking away at what Tai Dings called a suet block. I managed to photograph it.
